Privacy and refund information
How RSRC protects member information and handles eligible refunds.
Privacy
RSRC uses personal information to administer memberships, visits, payments, waivers, and safe access to the ranch. Access-event metadata may include a license plate, time, direction, and gate device. Detailed access events are retained for twelve months; camera footage remains in UniFi Protect.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RSRC. Access to member information is limited by staff role.
Membership cancellations
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Office Manager. Eligible dues paid in advance are prorated from the effective date, less outstanding charges, and returned according to RSRC policy.
Guest payments
Contact the office for corrections or refund requests. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method.
